There are multiple ways to get an invite. You can win a Roulette game against Abhijeet Rangan in the Casino, eliminate Bai Siyu in the bar, or help Agent Smith in the Dressing room by taking out Oliver Winding in the Museum Owner's Study area.

How to kill Le Chiffre in Hitman World of Assassination

After obtaining the invite for the poker game, you can go to the back of the casino and interact with one of the bodyguards, who will escort you to the VIP room. Inside this room, you will encounter Le Chiffre, and you can talk with him to start the poker game. After the end of the first round, it will be revealed that Agent 47 has been poisoned, and you must make your way to the parking lot to get the antidote.

Failing to get the antidote will trigger the cutscene where you'll find yourself in the basement tied up to a chair by Le Chiffre. However, after Le Chiffre's interrogation, you will be freed by Agent Smith, which will allow you to complete the assassination.

There are a couple of ways to kill the target; the best way is to convince the dealer, who is on a balcony on the first floor. You can threaten him to manipulate the deck so that Agent 47 can take all the money. Doing this will trigger a response where LeChiffre will be killed by General Murillo. If the target escapes or you are eliminated during the assassination, the mission will fail, and you must restart from the beginning.
