Onic Esports has earned a seat in this tournament after securing the MLBB MPL Indonesia Season 11 title. The squad demonstrated their shining exploits and conquered most of their matches there. SANZ was remarkable throughout the tournament and earned the Final MVP award. Evos Legends, who poorly stumbled in the Grand Finale, also booked their ticket for the event as they were the runner-up.

World champion ECHO kept their strong run in the MLBB MPL Philippines and yet again hampered their closest rivals Blacklist International in the Grand Finals. However, the two teams will again clash in the MSC Cup.

TODAK will represent Malaysia in the prestigious event as the victors of MPL MY Season 11, along with RSG Slate, who won the MPL SG S5.

Burn x Flash maintained regional dominance by winning the MPL Cambodia 2023 Spring. That said, the side would definitely look to showcase their talent on the global stage. Fenix and Team EVO clinched their regional qualifiers to reach the MLBB MSC. Additionally, Egypt’s Team Occupy claimed the MPL MENA Spring. Fire Flux Impunity from Turkey recently grabbed the MTC Season 1 crown.

The NACT Spring champion BloodThristyKings initially secured their place in the event, but due to failing to submit the required documents, the team has been replaced by the runner-up, Outplay.
