The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe B RMR event is scheduled to begin on November 21, 2024. Following the conclusion of the European A event, European B will feature the other 16 teams to fight against one another. This is an A-tier Counter-Strike 2 tournament where the world's 26 best European teams compete against each other for a chance to qualify for the Shanghai Major opening stage on November 30, 2024.

Format

The Europe B RMR will also be played in a 16-team Swiss system format. Each team will play a best-of-one match with no elimination or advancement system. Additionally, the Buchholz system will seed matches from rounds three to five. As a result, only the top seven teams will advance to the Shanghai Major 2024 opening stage on November 30, 2024.
