The Wuthering Waves 2.4 banners feature two Resonators, namely Cartethyia and Lupa. There aren't any rerun characters, so players can save more resources to summon the new ones. Here are all the playable units obtainable in version 2.4:

Phase 1

• Cartethyia (5-star)- Aero, Sword
• Aalto (4-star)- Aero, Pistol
• Baizhi (4-star)- Glacio, Rectifier
• Youhu (4-star)- Glacio, Gauntlet

Phase 2
