Hidden Thunder Tacet Core is an ascension material dropped by the Tempest Mephis boss. You can find this boss by dropping into the hole in Qichi Village, Central Plains. Spend 60 Waveplates to acquire a certain amount of Hidden Thunder Tacet Core depending on your SOL3 Phase level.

Unending Destruction is a skill upgrade material you can acquire by spending 60 Waveplates after defeating the Chaotic Juncture: Ember weekly boss. This boss is also located in the Qichi Village, making it very easy to farm boss materials for Xiangli Yao if the leaks end up being true.
