#4 The New Day

It's a The New Day in WWE 2K19!
It's a The New Day in WWE 2K19!

The New Day have probably had the best year in 2019 out of any three other WWE Superstars.

Not only did Kofi Kingston win the WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35, but now Big E and Xavier Woods are the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. If WWE plans on continuing this success over the next few months and towards the actual release date, they would be the perfect individuals to grace the cover of WWE 2K20.

On top of that, the WWE 2K games have yet to feature a team on the front of the game, much less an entire faction. With 2020 being a nice round number and somewhat of a milestone year, it might be appropriate for something new this time around.

Despite all that, they aren't a shoo-in for the spot, either. It's possible that 2K and WWE might find that having a single Superstar on the cover is more visually appealing than three.

On top of that, while he certainly would be deserving of the honor, it's hard to imagine Kofi wanting to appear on the cover without the rest of his team. It would also just feel weird to see him there without them, anyway.

Here's hoping for a special WWE 2K20 Special Booty Free Edition, with the entire team on the cover and packaged with an entire box of pancake mix.

No, seriously, we want that. Make that happen, 2K.
