The recently retired Mercedes driver takes the third spot on the list with seven wins. His winning run started at the 2015 Mexican Grand Prix and ended at the 2016 Russian Grand Prix.

Nico Rosberg's first win of his marvellous run came at the 2015 Mexican Grand Prix, where he dominated the entire race by winning from the pole position. He secured two more wins in the last two races of the season.

Driving for Mercedes, the German started the 2016 Formula One season like a champion. Rosberg claimed victories in the first four races of the season before crashing out at the Spanish Grand Prix. The collision with his teammate Lewis Hamilton at the Circuit de Catalunya on the opening lap of the race brought his winning run to an end.

Nico Rosberg eventually went on to win the 2016 Formula 1 World Championship, scoring five points more than Lewis Hamilton.
