The 2011 Canadian Grand Prix will arguably go down as the greatest Formula 1 race of all time.

But before the race even took place on Sunday, Vettel's first problem of the Grand Prix weekend began in Free Practise 1 on a Friday morning.

The German did the usual mistake by spinning the car on the exit of the chicane and bang!

There he went into the wall of champions, losing the front wing and his Red Bull's front right wheel.

Two days later, Vettel was just a few turns away from winning a wet Montreal race but a remarkable drive from Jenson Button was on the Red Bull's tail.

Vettel slipped off the racing line on the last lap giving Button the gap to overtake and win a classic Canadian Grand Prix.
