The 2013 Hungarian GP was proof of just how comfortable Lewis Hamilton was at the Hungaroring. Though this would turn out to be another year of Sebastian Vettel dominating F1, this particular race gave hope to fans of the Brit and the Silver Arrows along with renewed belief in competition among drivers.

The stage was set after Hamilton pipped Sebastian Vettel to pole position in qualifying, and he took that momentum all the way through to the chequered flag, driving a near-perfect race with a 10-second gap ahead of Kimi Raikkonen in second place and reminding the world exactly what he was capable of.

The race victory gave Hamilton his fourth win at the Hungaroring and tied him with Michael Schumacher for most wins at the circuit. This was a fulfilling victory for Hamilton in more ways than one and marked his first victory for his new team Mercedes, a moment that he'll perhaps never forget.
