The Iceman had announced that he didn't wish for any special celebrations at Monaco, the last Grand Prix that we saw. The reason? He was competing in his 300th Grand Prix event. In fact, in hindsight it seems Kimi made the right call for he failed to collect a single point.

Not that this was the first time this season that the noted Alfa Romeo driver missed out on scoring any points. The 2019 Spanish Grand Prix too wasn't the best outcome for Kimi, who once again went without scoring.

But in the six races that have happened thus far, if there's someone who's scored those 13 points for Alfa Romeo then it's Ferrari's last world champion, Kimi Matias Raikkonen.

For someone who's both the oldest man on the grid and also the fastest on the grid, Kimi's strong results albeit driving not the fastest car on the grid as seen at Australia, Bahrain, China, and Baku have gone on to reflect the fact that Kimi's still got it.

Plus, his overtakes on Kvyat's Toro Rosso at China was stuff of legends. That said, it's only imperative that the Iceman bounces back to form as quickly as possible to make the most of an interesting battle in the midfield that has seen Alfa Romeo perhaps punch above its weight vis-a-vis the likes of Haas, Renault, and McLaren on some occasions.
