Carlos Sainz's girlfriend, Rebecca Donaldson, wished Charles Leclerc's partner, Alexandra Saint-Mleux, a happy 23rd birthday on June 9. The two former teammates' girlfriends have often been spotted together in and outside the paddock and are known to have a reputable friendship with each other.
Sainz joined Ferrari in 2021 and became teammates with Leclerc, as he replaced an outgoing Sebastian Vettel. A few years later, the two began dating, and soon the two couples started going on trips together.
This helped Saint-Mleux and Donaldson's friendship, as the pair made several comments on each other's social media posts. On the other hand, with the former's birthday on June 9, Scott was invited to the big bash and shared a story on Instagram to congratulate the 23-year-old on such a beautiful occasion:
"Happy birthday to the sweetest angel @alexandrasaintmleux."

Meanwhile, Saint-Mleux's boyfriend, Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc, was also seen in the story. The Monegasque recorded his girlfriend blowing out the candles with an adorable gesture.
On the F1 side of things, Sainz and Leclerc split apart as teammates with the Spaniard moving over to Williams for the 2025 season.
Why is Carlos Sainz having a tough time in the 2025 season?

While Charles Leclerc stayed at the Maranello-based squad, Carlos Sainz had to make way for an incoming Lewis Hamilton at Ferrari. He had several teams lined up at his doorstep to secure his assent, but the 30-year-old eventually selected Williams as his next chapter in F1.
Sainz won two races last year and was one of the seven drivers to have achieved this feat. He has had a subpar start to his Williams campaign, as Alex Albon has outscored him by a 30-point margin in the early phase of the season.
Though it reflected the 30-year-old's struggles to adapt to the Grove-based squad, the former F1 champion Nico Rosberg shared why Carlos Sainz has hit a speed breaker in his F1 chapter, as he said, via PlanetF1:
"Unfortunately, nowadays you have so little time to practice with a certain new car. They have three days of testing and then that’s it. We mustn’t underestimate that because your car is your home and you can only be fast if you feel super comfortable and confident.
"And it does take a bit of time until you get that in a new car. Even the steering wheel is different, the feel is lighter, throttle pedal, the way the engine [works], everything is a little bit different. So it does take some time."
Sainz has amassed 12 points in the nine races held so far and sits 13th in the championship standings.
