The reserve driver for Caterham in F1, the Dutch Giedo van der Garde, will be starring in the Rotterdam street demonstration next month. The ‘City Racing’ event will be held on the Sunday the 26th of August and has a free admission for all the spectators.
“I have followed City Racing for years and I am very pleased with the invitation to attend,” says van der Garde. “I look forward to getting acquainted with all of the fans and making a spectacular show of it.”
Like every year, Rotterdam will host an event with impressive cars and popular figures. They will give demonstrations of donuts and burnouts. Last year, the spectators were treated with displays from Mercedes and Ferrari.
