Arturo Vidal was one of the club's most important signings and played a key part in Juventus' post-Calciopoli rise. He was signed for €12.5 million from Bayer Leverkusen in 2012 and his impact was immediate.

He ran everywhere, made crucial tackles in midfield and drove into the opponents penalty area with every chance he got. He established a brilliant partnership in midfield with Andrea Pirlo and Paul Pogba and led Juventus to four back-to-back Serie A titles during his time in Turin.

Vidal played 172 games for Juventus, scoring 48 times. After spending 4 seasons at the Bianconeri, Vidal was sold to Bayern Munich in 2015 for a reported fee of €37.5 million.

Juventus have been masters of free signings in recent years and Sami Khedira was one of them. Khedira was at the peak of his powers when he arrived in Turin and had just won the 2014 World Cup with Germany and was playing regular football at Real Madrid.

The German replaced Andrea Pirlo in midfield and became a key cog in several of Juventus' Serie A league and cup wins and featured regularly under Allegri.

He played more than 150 games during his five-and-a-half years at the club before injuries slowed the German midfielder and he eventually moved to Hertha BSC at the start of 2021.

Cuadrado returned on loan to the Bianconeri the following season before becoming one of their permanent signings in 2017. Since then, the Colombian has made 144 appearances for the club and has been a key part of the side in recent years.

Initially the 33-year-old played as a right winger but under the management of Andre Pirlo last season, he was shifted to the right-back position where he performed extremely well and even featured in the Serie A team of the season.

One of the few Brazilian signings made by Juventus, Sandro has been a mainstay in the team and has gone on to make more than 200 appearances for the club and has won multiple major honors during his time in Turin.
