It is believed that Arsenal are set to end their contract with Puma soon

Back in 2014, Arsenal struck a then-record deal in English football by signing a deal with Puma for 5 years which would see the club earn £170m in that period.

Arsenal were earning £55m/year over the period of 7 years and let Nike go, who were the club's sponsorer for more than 20-years before signing a deal with Puma.

However, lately, it is believed that Arsenal will sign a new lucrative deal with Adidas, who were in pole position to take over from Nike but were beaten by Puma.

Madrid are reportedly close to renewing their contract with Adidas

Real Madrid have a relation with Adidas as their kit supplier since 1998. The current deal earns Madrid £34/year + add-ons (the information has not been revealed) and expires in 2020. Their bitter rivals, Barcelona earn nearly £100m/year and Perez also wants a similar deal. It has been reported that there have been talks that Madrid want to renew their contract which would make them earn a whopping £85/year for the next 10 years.

According to Football Leaks, both the parties have signed a contract that would see the La Liga giants get a whopping revenue of £850 over the span of 10 years. On top of that, the club will earn 22.5% of sales on all club branded Adidas merchandise.

The bonuses are also very lucrative. The club stands to earn £2.1m every time they win the league which will then be £3m after 2020, given the inflation. A Champions League triumph will see the club earn £4.2m rising to £5.9m.

However, nothing has been official and both the parties are yet to sign this contract.
