#3 Gary Cahill
Gary Cahill did not play much for England at the World cup and it looks like he is going to get the same treatment at Chelsea.
Sarri likes his centre-backs to be good ball players and that, unfortunately, is not one of Cahill's strengths. Added to that Cahill is 32 and is only getting slower.
With the 4-4-3 there is a place for only two center-backs and Cahill has a lot of competition for those positions. He will have to beat David Luiz, Rudiger, Ampadu and Christensen for a place there.
While Cahill has been excellent for Chelsea but leaving now will be a good option as he may avoid spending an entire season on the bench.
