Bernardeschi is a right winger. A position Manchester United is definitely looking to strengthen. Federico Bernardeschi is a left footed right winger or an inside forward who likes to shoot.
There is something very Arjen Robben-esque about Bernardeschi, you know he is going to cut inside from the right wing and shoot, but he succeeds at it regardless.
With Bernardeschi coming inside, it will open up space for Dalot or Valencia on the overlap to put in a cross. Bernardeschi is also a threat from set pieces, having scored five times from direct free-kicks during his time in Serie A.
