#2 Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba
The first name on this list, unsurprisingly, is Paul Pogba. The Frenchman showed us all how destructive he can be for his country in the FIFA World Cup in Russia but somehow, has lacked that ruthlessness while turning up for Manchester United. Tiffs with manager Jose Mourinho have only made it worse for him.

Arriving in 2016 with a 90 million price tag, a lot was expected out of the central midfielder, but the Old Trafford faithful have been treated to few moments of magic in the hands (or rather the feet) of the Frenchman. He has been an underachiever although the promise shown is tremendous.
Demanding a more attacking position in midfield and not getting one, Pogba will never truly succeed at Old Trafford and he needs to move to some other club very soon if he has to realise his potential.

#3 Marko Arnautovic
Marko Arnautovic
West Ham United's Austrian striker Marko Arnautovic's is another classic case in this scenario. The Hammers are just six points off the relegation zone and if they go down, another talent will be lost. The 29-year-old has scored five goals in the Premier League so far and shown glimpses of his poaching abilities.

Arnautovic has a lot to offer and needs to move to a bigger club if he does not want his talent to go waste. Just like Xherdan Shaqiri did in the summer, Arnautovic too needs to go to a club in the top 6 and play regular European football to test himself.
He was a part of the Inter Milan team for a brief period as a loanee and must be itching to play top-flight football again.
