#3 He will only improve the morale at Arsenal
A lot of the positives surrounding Arsenal this season stems from their immense morale. If you follow The Gunners on social media, then you will see how jokey they can be in training. The usual culprits are Matteo Guendouzi and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
These are two stars who are enjoying good seasons so far, and it's no coincidence. If you're shining in training, then that's only going to transcend onto the pitch. A lot of Arsenal's goals this season have come from incredible teamwork and passing movements, so their work in training has certainly paid off.
