#2 Wolverhampton took the game to City
With Manchester City in such scintillating form, numerous clubs have opted to sit back and defend. Even the likes of Chelsea and Manchester United did that against the Premier League champions and got beaten.
Liverpool were the only club to have taken the game to City so far this year and Wolves did the same thing. They did not change their style of play and were attacking every single time they got the chance. They were not trying to keep the ball away from City by back passing nor were they trying to hoof the ball long to the striker.
Their passing and movement was so good that City were caught ball watching a lot. The newcomers showed a bold attitude and did their best to get all three points and not settle . for a draw.
