Qatar is already among the world's best in terms of footballing infrastructure, with many of the world's top teams as well as players being frequent visitors in a bid to utilise Qatar's world class facilities.

Clubs like Bayern Munich, PSG and Barcelona are frequent visitors to the very famous Aspire Academy, for their training camps.

To add to their credibility, the 2016 Supercopa Italiana was played in the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha between Juventus and Napoli. The Qatar Stars League, which is the major footballing league in the country is represented globally by the likes of Xavi and Sneijder who are footballing phenomenons.

The stadiums proposed for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar are unique and unparalleled architectural spectacles.

Ranging from beautiful designs that celebrate Qatari culture, to purely modern and efficient coliseums, they promise a fully authentic footballing experience to both the player and the fan. Moreover, the nation plans on dismantling and re-purposing their state of the art stadiums and donating a major portion of the seats to stadiums in developing countries.
