Their reported targets will cost a lot of money

For example, PSG broke the transfer record when they signed Neymar from Barcelona and will request over €400 million to part ways with the Brazilian. Meanwhile, Mbappe will also cost over €300 million, following his incredible displays in the World Cup.
Hazard seems to be the cheapest option, but Chelsea will demand over £200 million to allow the Belgian to depart the Stamford Bridge.
Spending such huge fees on these superstars would not be a great decision from Real Madrid, considering that there are other areas in the squad that also need to be strengthened.
The likes of Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Karim Benzema are not growing any younger and thus, there is the need for properly planning, strategizing and grooming players to fill these voids as and when they start appearing.
