Even though it is realizable that The Red Devils have been struggling since the beginning of the term, the Spaniard hasn't been brilliant either. De Gea displayed a lot of individual brilliance last term, helping to cover United's blushes during the moments when the team produced average performances - but he has failed to reach such a level this season.
