#2. Giovanni Trapattoni( 1976-86, 1991-94):

Widely regarded as one of the best managers of all time, Giovanni Trapattoni is also one of the most decorated and celebrated managers at the heart of Turin. Under his guidance, the 'Old Lady' managed to climb unprecedented heights of success.

The amazing thing about Giovanni Trapattoni's love affair with Juventus is that he managed the club not once, but twice- while he managed Juventus for a decade in his first stint. And he marked his greatness by winning every trophy there was at that time.

Trapattoni won six league titles, two Coppa Italia titles and went on to win all the European trophies at that time. Juventus won UEFA cup in 1977, the Cup Winners' cup in 1984, Intercontinental cup the following summer while the team's first European Cup came in 1985 against Liverpool.

Trapattoni came back in 1991 and won the UEFA cup once again. Despite his defensive tactics, Trapattoni was hugely successful in Italy, with another European Cup Final appearance with Juventus just another one of his notable achievements.

It's not surprising that he is a fan favourite and there are very few critics due to his excellent managerial ability. He led Juventus to new heights which was not previously shown by any other manager which stamps his greatness in the club's history.
