The unhealthy relationship that exists between Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain is another factor that will make it impossible for Neymar to quit the French League in order to return to the Catalan capital.

It all started when Barcelona started tapping up Paris Saint Germain midfielder Marco Verratti and despite receiving warnings from the Ligue 1 outfit, the Catalans refused to cease in their pursuit of the Italian playmaker - thereby provoking the French champions.
In retaliation, Paris Saint Germain were able to hurt Barcelona by snatching Neymar away from the club in a world-record deal worth €222 million during the summer of 2017 which caused a total breakdown between the 2 European giants.
And with Barcelona's continuous pursuit of Adrien Rabiot, it looks like this unhealthy relationship will continue between the two clubs and if it does, there is almost no chance of Paris Saint Germain selling their best player to the Spanish champions next summer.
