Ronaldo now has 119 goals in the Champions League

Ronaldo may have helped Real Madrid to a big victory over Juventus, but also he extended his all-time top scorer record in the Champions League in the process.

Ronaldo was on 117 goals prior to the encounter against the Italian champions, however, he has now extended his goal record in the competition to 119.

This means he is now 19 goals clear on Barcelona’s Messi who is currently on 100 goals in the competition. Both superstars have taken goal scoring heights to another level since emerging on the scene.

However, Ronaldo currently edges the Argentine when it comes to the Champions League and his latest double has further opened the gap in their goals tally in the competition.
