#4 Ainsley Maitland Niles
Maitland Niles out of the players in the list has established himself as first-team regular the most. He played 15 games in the Premier League in the 2017/18 season and was particularly impressive in December where he made a string of starts against some big teams such as Liverpool.
This season we all thought would be rather similar but an injury against Man City on the opening day of the season meant that he was out for over 2 months and has only just come back and has just started playing again.
It looks like his chances, however, are limited at the moment and he should look to join another Premier League team on loan to try and gain regular Premier League football which he needs and deserves. I do feel that he may not actually go out on loan as it really depends on how much he plays up until January. Perhaps a few more starts in the Premier League and he may decide to stay.
