Antonio Conte's side make a trip to Anfield as Liverpool and Chelsea are all set to face each other in the most awaited clash of this match-week.

Chelsea, who are in a good run of form in the league, winning four consecutive games including a win against Manchester United, will be hoping to carry on the winning momentum in this crucial fixture.

On the other hand, Liverpool's defensive woes continue as Jurgen Klopp's side blew up their three-goal advantage against Sevilla in their Champions League game during midweek which ended in a 3-3 draw.

While both the teams have their own reasons to put on a good performance, there is no doubt that this is going to be one of the best clashes of the season. As we approach the game quickly, let us take a look at five of the best battles between them over the years:

#5 Liverpool 2-2 Chelsea (21 April 2013) - Premier League

Suarez's stoppage time header

This fixture turned out to be the most entertaining game of the season as it had almost everything right from a big controversial moment to a late equalizer.

Oscar opened the scoring for Chelsea when he headed in Juan Mata's corner in the 25th minute of the game. Daniel Sturridge equalised for the home side when he calmly slotted the ball in the net following an excellent pass from Luis Suarez. However, it took just five minutes for the visitors to get back their lead as Eden Hazard converted a penalty following a handball by Suarez inside the penalty area.

The controversial moment of the game came in the 67th minute when Luis Suarez suddenly bit Branislav Ivanovic in the arm after the defender's tackle on him. However, the referee failed to notice this incident and Suarez luckily continued to stay on the pitch.

The Uruguay striker took advantage of his lifeline and scored the equaliser in the sixth minute of additional time with a thumping header past Petr Cech in goal.

The biting incident was discussed after the game and the FA handed a 10-match ban to the striker.
