#3 Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)

The young Englishman has been a delight to watch so far. Since coming through the ranks at Arsenal, Saka has been a familiar face in the Premier League. Not only that, the youngster played a vital role in England's impressive run at Euro 2020.

Saka is a versatile player with the ability to play as a left-back, wing-back, and as a winger on either flank. Ever since bursting onto the scene in 2019, the 20-year old has been a regular starter for the Gunners.

Arsenal have had their struggles on the pitch for a long time now. Ever since Arsene Wenger left in 2018, it has only got worse for the north London club. Under current manager Mikel Arteta, it hasn't been as progressive as expected.

The 2020-21 Arsenal Player of the Season award winner has a long career ahead of himself. With his abilities, Saka's future looks very bright and promising but it looks unlikely that it would blossom to the fullest playing at the Emirates.

With clubs like Juventus, Atletico Madrid and other European clubs interested in him, the dynamic English player should try to seek greener pastures next year.

#2 Declan Rice (West Ham United)

Declan Rice was touted for a move away from West Ham United this summer. However, with the Hammers demanding a fee in the region of £100 million, clubs wanting to sign the midfielder were put off.

Graduating from Chelsea's academy, the Rice joined West Ham United at youth level in 2014. The following year he made his senior debut for the east London club and has been with them ever since.

The central midfielder brings a sense of composure to the game. Rice can play both as a central midfielder and as a defensive midfielder. He can break the game with his smart interceptions and tackling and at the same time carry the ball forward and make a productive pass.

His impressive performances for the Hammers helped him play regularly at Euro 2020. Rice is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League right now. The 22-year old wants to win silverware at both domestic and European level and for that he has to move away from West Ham United. Despite the Irons doing pretty well so far this season, Rice is very much likely to join a new club in 2022.

#1 Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)

The Harry Kane transfer saga was no secret this summer. The Tottenham Hotspur striker was desperate to move away at the start of the season. Manchester City were his preferred destination, with the Cityzens ready to go all guns blazing for his services.

However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy had other plans for Kane. Despite receiving multiple bids from Manchester City, Levy was adamant about his selling price for Kane. Since the transfer involved selling to a direct rival in the Premier League, he wasn't going to settle for anything under £150 million.

Kane's valuation was beyond City's reach and capacity, especially after their signing of Jack Grealish. It was a huge blow for the England captain as he desperately wanted a move away to win trophies.

Spurs have started the season on a decent note but in all honesty, given their record, winning a trophy this season is unlikely to be on the cards. Moreover, Manchester City is only getting stronger with time. With someone of Kane's potential, their chances of winning silverware only gets stronger.

The 28-year old striker isn't getting any younger either and with time running out, he will be looking for a move away sooner rather than later. His destination could be City or any top European club, depending on various other factors next year.
