Pep Guardiola is one of four managers to have won three Premier League titles. The Spaniard has carved his niche in the modern game, adapting Johan Cruyff's 'total-football' ideology to guide Barcelona to a historic sextuple in 2009.

Guardiola became the first manager to achieve the sextuple, which included the European treble in his debut managerial season. Unlike most managers in this list, Pep Guardiola had a successful playing career under one of the finest minds in footballing history, Johan Cruyff.

In his managerial career, Guardiola has tasted success, too, racking up 31 titles with three clubs in three different leagues. The Spaniard arrived in the Premier League when he was appointed the Manchester City manager in 2016.

He immediately set about overhauling City's ageing squad, a move that has paid rich dividends, as the Cityzens have won three Premier League titles in the last four seasons.

Guardiola is on the cusp of winning another European treble. City have won the Premier League and Carabao Cup, while they have also reached the Champions League final, where they'll take on fellow Premier League club Chelsea.

The most successful manager of the 21st century has left an indelible imprint on the Premier League during his five years in the competition.

A name synonymous with Arsenal, Arsene Wenger is one of the greatest managers in the game in the last few decades.

Wenger spent 22 years at the helm of the Gunners, winning 17 titles despite operating on a shoe-string budget when compared to other clubs in the top six.

The Frenchman's most memorable year at the Emirates came in 2003-04 when he assembled 'The Invincibles', which included the likes of Dennis Bergkamp, Thierry Henry, Robert Pires and Freddie Ljungberg. Wenger's men went unbeaten in the league that season - winning 26 games and drawing 12 - which remains Arsenal's latest Premier League title.

Wenger, the current director of development at FIFA was appointed the manager of Arsenal in 1996 after successful stints with AS Monaco and Nagoya Grampus. Wenger won the Premier League title in his second season at the club and added another to his trophy cabinet in 2001-02. Moreover, the 71-year old has also won seven FA Cup and Community Shield titles.

Manchester United's legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson is not only the greatest Premier League manager of all time but is also one of the greatest in the game's history.

Ferguson has won a staggering 48 titles, the most by any manager in the game. It's a tally that includes 38 with the Red Devils and ten with former Scottish champions Aberdeen.

After a year-long stint as the manager of Scotland, Ferguson took over the reins at Old Trafford in 1986 and went on to become Manchester United's longest-serving manager.

In 27 years at the club, the great Scot overtook Liverpool's record of most league titles to establish Manchester United's dominance in English football, capturing an incredible haul of 13 Premier League titles.

Sir Alex Ferguson ushered Manchester United to a European treble in the 1998-99 season; the Red Devils scored twice in stoppage time to beat Bayern Munich 2-1 in the Champions League final in Barcelona.

The great Scot also won a Premier League three-peat on two different occasions. doing so in 1998-2001 and 2006-09. The two-time World's Best Club Coach winner also won two Champions League, five FA Cups, four League Cups, two UEFA Supercup and the FIFA Club World Cup titles.
