Of all the trios on the list, this is the only trio that still exists. Barring last season, Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane have been ruthless and dangerous in the attack for Liverpool.

One of the highlights of Jurgen Klopp's time at Liverpool has been the link-up between this highly talented trio. Three of these players made a significant contribution in helping Liverpool claim their first-ever Premier League title in 30 years.

Firmino's versatility, Mane's dribbling and creativity combined with Salah's amazing knack for goal-scoring made the trio lethal in front of goal. The trio has scored 91, 69, 53 in 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20 seasons respectively, scoring 213 goals in total. They also played a massive role in helping the Reds win the 2018-19 UEFA Champions League.

Surprisingly, their lowest number of goals together have come in their 2019-20 title-winning season. With the trio still together, Liverpool fans will be hoping they can once more show their magic and help the Merseyside club win silverware this term.

The 2014-15 season was one of the most successful seasons in the history of Barcelona. The Catalan club won the treble in the club's 115th season. Luis Suarez joined the Spanish giants at the start of that season from Premier League club Liverpool.

After completing the treble in the 2014-15 season, Barcelona were on a high the following season. It was the club's first season without their legendary midfielder Xavi since 1997-98 after he signed for Al Sadd SC.

The stakes were high in the 2015-16 season given the historic achievements of the previous season. It turned out to be a memorable season for former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan forward ended up being Barcelona's Player of the Season. He even ended up winning the European Golden Shoe that season.

It wasn't just Suarez who did well back then. The trio of Suarez, Lionel Messi and Neymar did wonders for the Catalan club. They helped Barcelona win the La Liga with 91 points that season, just one better than second-placed Real Madrid. They also helped in securing the Copa del Rey.

The famous trio of Messi, Suarez and Neymar earned a lot of accolades and plaudits at Barcelona. At times they were really unstoppable and courtesy of their fabulous chemistry, the Catalan club benefited a lot. The trio scored 354 goals in total before Neymar left for Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.

The 2013-14 season was the 110th season for Real Madrid in the club's history. Los Blancos were targeting their 33rd La Liga title and 10th UEFA Champions League title that season.

Manager Carlo Ancelotti played an attacking style of football back then. With a star-studded squad, the Italian manager was expecting a lot of goals. That season, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale turned out to be their top three goal-scorers.

With Benzema as a striker and Ronaldo and Bale as wingers in and around the Frenchman, the attack was quite lethal. More importantly, the three players linked up really well with goals flowing in from every position. Not to forget, Angel Di Maria with his creative abilities, was quite effective for Real Madrid that season.

The season saw Real Madrid win the UEFA Champions League for the 10th time and ended up finishing third in the La Liga. The trio of Benzema, Bale and Cristiano, then known as the BBC, scored 366 goals between them in total during their time together in Madrid.

The trio played a key role in helping Madrid win the Champions League four times in five seasons from 2013 to 2018. This feat easily allows them to claim the best trio title in the last decade.
