There is no surprise that Mohamed Salah’s rating has gone from 83 to 88 in the space of a year.
Salah arrived at Liverpool on the back of two impressive seasons with AS Roma but little did we know about the kind of impact he would make in his debut season with the Reds.

The Egyptian enjoyed a record-breaking season in 2017/18 during which he scored 44 goals in 52 games across all competitions. Of his 44 goals, Salah scored 32 in the league and thus broke the record for most goals in a single 38-game Premier League season.
The 26-year-old was one of three Liverpool player to receive a winter rating boost from EA Sports last season and his rating went from 83 to 85. However, he has been rightfully given an 88 rating in the new edition of the game.
