Kolasinac has been very effective this season and has the physical qualities to play in the Premier League for a long time. He is six feet tall, the defender is quite a force when he makes a run on the left. He showed good promise and at Schalke but the way he has acclimatised himself at Arsenal has taken everyone by surprise.
