However, the latest reports claim that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has urged Manchester United to revive their interest in signing Harry Maguire.

Harry Maguire had an amazing World Cup with England and is arguably one of the best defenders in the Premier League. Manchester United has conceded as many as 40 goals so far in Premier League, the most in the 'big six'. Maguire has a worthwhile experience of playing in the Premier League and could be the ideal solution to Manchester United's defensive woes.

Manchester United have emerged amongst the favourites to land World-Cup winner Antoine Griezmann, who turned down the opportunity to join Barcelona last summer.

Griezmann has netted 18 goals and provided 8 assists in all competitions so far this season. The reports in Spain further state that he wants to leave the Spanish outfit and surely he won't be short of suitors.

Antoine Griezmann would join his French teammates, the likes of Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba if he were to join Manchester United.
