#3 Harry Kane (Tottenham)

English striker Harry Kane has been on the radar of European heavyweights for quite a long time. That is quite understandable, considering his exploits in the Premier League for the last three years.
The Premier League is regarded as the toughest league to survive in by many. In such a competition, Kane's consistency of winning two consecutive Golden Boots deserves a standing ovation.
Also, he is leading the race for the Golden Boot this year and has shown no signs of slowing down, topping the scoring charts in the league this season.
He is just 24 years of age and if played alongside the right players, Harry Kane can be deadlier than he is right now.
However, it does look somewhat of an exaggeration to pay over £200 million for a player who hasn't won any major trophies.
Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy is a tough negotiator and already has an experience of breaking the world transfer record, having negotiated Gareth Bale's move to Real Madrid in the past. It won't any difficult for him to repeat that feat, would it?
