Vidal is yet another useful player who was used by Valverde mainly for squad rotation. The 28-year-old arrived from Seville in 2015.

The Spanish wing-back featured off the bench for the club in 2017-18 mostly. He made 11 substitute appearances in the league and scored against Real Madrid at the Bernabeu to ensure a 3-0 victory for his side.

However, there barely have been any signs of improvement in his game. His pacy runs in the final third make him a constant threat but the player lacks vision.

Seville were rumored to be interested in re-signing the player. The destination of the player remains to be seen for now.
