#4 Anthony Martial - Market value 65 million euros

Brighton and Hove Albion v Manchester United - Premier League
Martial may soon be taking his lazy brilliance elsewhere

Manchester United may have made Martial the most expensive teenager in 2015. He may be a supremely talented player with the potential to be amongst the best, however, given the current circumstances, he seems to be on his way out and he may even end up causing a sense of De Bruyne déjà vu for manager Mourinho.

Critics may point out Mourinho’s style of play, but Martial has not helped by being in a perennial sulk ever since Zlatan Ibrahimovic arrived and did the most ‘Zlatan’ thing by taking away young Martial’s number 9 jersey.

The problem with Martial is the same that plagued Dimitar Berbatov in his Man United career. The Old Trafford crowd admire skill on the ball, but the least that is expected at United is basic effort.

Martial forms the antithesis to Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez (before he turned to Manchester blue), Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Park-ji-Sung - players with varying degrees of talent, but always ready to put in a shift.

Unless the player is a Cristiano Ronaldo or an Eric Cantona, both of whom exhibited bravery with the relentless application of their skill, United will not be a destination for luxury footballers like Martial, especially under a manager like Mourinho.

Expect him to be sent packing by the end of the season.
