Chelsea have a paper thin squad but they still have a lot of players in the squad who are not getting any game time. These players need to make sure that they leave the club as soon as the January transfer window opens to make sure their careers don't end at Stamford Bridge.

Here are 5 players who should leave The Blues soon:

#5 – Michy Batshuayi

One thing clear at the moment is that Michy Batshuayi is not going to be trusted by Antonio Conte at Chelsea. The Belgian has not impressed the manager in any of the games he has played in.

The £33 million signing from Marseille has been playing second fiddle at Chelsea since his arrival and is never going to become their first choice. He was benched even when Alvaro Morata was injured or suspended.

If Batshuayi wants to make it to the World Cup next year, he has to leave the Chelsea in January. Moving to a club where he can play regularly on loan or permanently is what he should decide.

#4 – Baba Rahman

Ah yes! Baba Rahman is still at Chelsea. The left-back has recovered from his injury but is not in their Premier League or Champions League squad this season.

He has no chance of playing for the club this season and Antonio Conte would want him to improve his fitness and play regularly elsewhere before getting a chance at Chelsea. And by the time he would have gotten to that stage, Chelsea would have most probably signed Alex Sandro from Juventus.

Leaving the club permanently would be the best choice for Rahman. A move back to Bundesliga would be ideal for him and with Schalke interested, it shouldn't be difficult for him to secure a move there.

#3 – Charly Musonda

At the start of the season, Charly Musonda was given a chance to impress Conte. He took the chance with both hands but to his shock, the manager had to change the formation to improve the team's overall game.

The new formation did not suit Musonda and he was unable to get back into the team. He has all the talent to become a world-class player and he needs to be playing regularly to become one.

A loan move to one of the mid-table Premier League clubs or Real Betis would be ideal for him. Chelsea will be more than happy to let him go as it would make him a better player.

#2 – Kenedy

Kenedy must be thankful to all the Gods that he is still at Chelsea. After the racial post incident in China, he was all but set to be thrown out of the club.

Antonio Conte gave him a chance to prove himself and he has made the most of the opportunities provided to him. However, he is still not playing regularly and needs to be heading out on loan in January.

Just like Musonda, a move to the mid-table Premier League clubs would be the best for him. Newcastle United were interested in him and if the Magpies come calling again, he should jump on the chance.

#1 – David Luiz

He's come, he's gone and he's come back. Now, it's time to leave again. The Brazilian is not going to get into the starting XI once again because of two people: Antonio Conte and Andreas Christensen.

While Conte does not like him anymore because of his attitude, Christensen has impressed everyone and sealed his place in the team. Luiz has been almost forgotten by the Chelsea fans because of this and that's not a good thing for the Brazilian.

Real Madrid are said to be interested in Luiz and if he gets the chance, he should make the switch. He would get more chances of playing there than at Chelsea and it can help him fly to Russia for the World Cup.
