#4 Alen Halilović

Halilovic - nomadic experience

Since joining Barcelona in 2014, Halilović has been living the life of a nomad, going from one club to another purposelessly.

The Croat was signed in May 2014 from Dinamo Zagreb for a measly sum of €2.2 million. In his debut season, Halilović plied his trade for Barcelona's B team where he made 30 appearances and also notched up 4 goals.

His only appearance for the senior team came against Elche CF where he came off the bench to play for the last 28 minutes on 15 January 2015.

He was loaned to Sporting Gijon the following season where he showed signs of success by making 36 appearances and managing 3 goals. Nevertheless, the Catalan giants then jettisoned Halilović to Hamburger SV.

Halilović played 6 matches for the German club before returning to La Liga as he was loaned to Las Palmas. In the 18 months he spent at the Spanish club, the Croatian star made 39 appearances but could not avert the club's relegation in the 2017-18 season.

A free transfer to Serie A club AC Milan on 3 July 2018 might resurrect the 22 year old's career.
