Arda Turan

Arda Turan is a Turkish football winger who plays for Atlético Madrid and the Turkish national team. He is famous for his ball control, dribbling skills and good work in attack and defense. He started his football career at Galatasaray in the season 2004-05, where he made his official debut against Bursaspor and had a loan spell to Super Lig side Manisaspor in the half of the season 2005-06. In the following seasons , Turan continued his development by his ability and tremendous playing skills and became the Captain of Galatasaray in the season 2009-10. However due to his injury, he played a limited amount of the match in the season 2010-11 and Arda then signed with Atlético Madrid for a fee of €12 million with bonuses in August 2011. He was voted for the third most popular European footballer of 2009, and the 14th most popular footballer in the world. Turan already has 50 senior national caps and twelve goals for Turkey and represented his country at Turkish national team ,at U-16 ,U-17 , U-18, U-19, U-20 and U-21s levels.
