Brighton didn’t get off to a good start this season as they lost their opening two games and for a while, it looked like Chris Hughton would have another poor season in the Premier League after earning promotion.

However, he learned his lessons and had a proper plan in place. Brighton are currently 10th in the league with 17 points from their 14 games and only behind 9th placed Leicester on goal difference.

After 14 games, the Seagulls have four wins, five draws and five defeats to their name but they haven’t lost any game by a margin of more than two goals till date.

The highlight of their season so far was their first win of the season against West Brom and a 3-0 away win against West Ham.

Their summer recruit, Pascal Groß has played a crucial role in the club’s good start to the season.
