#4 Sarri’s success and inexperience
In his managerial career so far, the only big club Sarri has managed is the Italian club Napoli. Sarri was impressive at Napoli in his three-year spell, winning 97 of the 147 matches they played under him.
But it was the Serie A and in the Premier League, it only gets more difficult. Also, Sarri has failed to win trophies so far in his career, which is something that would definitely not encourage Hazard to stay.
