#3 Better squad depth
Despite the fact that the Galacticos have been in poor form this season, what can’t be taken away from them is that they still have one of the best squads in the world. The only place they lack backup is the striker’s position.
Apart from that, however, they have more options on the bench than PSG. Indeed, the Merengues usually have the likes of Mateo Kovacic, Isco, Marco Asensio, Lucas Vazquez and Dani Ceballos on the bench—all of them could potentially change the course of a game once brought in.
PSG, meanwhile, have some great bench players too—Angel di Maria, Javier Pastore—but when compared to Real Madrid, they look bleak. And bench strength goes a long way in deciding the fate of a team in any competition.
