Having relinquished the Bundesliga title in 2012 to Borussia Dortmund and also losing the Champions League final to Chelsea on their home turf, Bayern came back with a vengeance in the 2012-13 season.

They first won the Bundesliga title by a massive 25 points, amassing a ludicrous 91 points in 34 games. Bayern also finished just two goals short of an incredible century in the 34-game Bundesliga season.

VfB Stuttgart were beaten in the final of the DFB Pokal, with Bayern racing to a 3-0 lead by the hour mark, thanks to a goal from Thomas Muller and a Mario Gomez brace. Martin Harnik pulled two back in quick succession for Stuttgart to set up an interesting finale but Bayern held on.

The Champions League final at Wembley was also an all-German affair with Bayern taking on Jurgen Klopp's brilliant Borussia Dortmund side. Mario Mandzukic's opener for Bayern was canceled out by an Ilkay Gundogan penalty.

But Arjen Robben, who missed a penalty in the final a year before that, had his moment of redemption with a late goal to win the title for the Bavarians.

#2 Luis Enrique - FC Barcelona | 2014-15

Like in 2008-09, 2014-15 was also the first season at the club for the Barcelona manager, and it ended with a treble. Luis Enrique had just taken charge at the start of the season, with Tata Martino having been relieved off his duties.

It was also the first season for the famed MSN trident at Barcelona, with Luis Suarez having joined from Liverpool to partner Lionel Messi and Neymar in the attacking areas.

Barcelona were pushed all the way in La Liga, with the eventual champions finishing just two points ahead of Real Madrid in second place. Barcelona finished with 94 points in 38 games, having scored a staggering 110 goals in the league alone.

Also like in 2008-09, their unfortunate opponent in the Copa Del Rey final was Athletic Club de Bilbao. Barcelona won 3-1, with the opening goal being scored is some style by Messi. He beat a host of defenders after picking up the ball on the right flank, and was eventually awarded the FIFA Puskas award for that strike.

Messi had a brace on the night, along with a goal from Neymar.

In the Champions League final, they took on Juventus, who were also hunting for a treble. Barcelona eventually won 3-1 thanks to goals from Suarez, Ivan Rakitic and Neymar.

#1 Hansi Flick - Bayern Munich | 2019-20

In the never-to-be-forgotten year of 2020, Hansi Flick's Bayern Munich created history of their own by becoming the first German side to do two trebles in their history.

The season started roughly for Bayern under Niko Kovac, but they were a transformed side under Flick. They won 21 games in a row in all competitions to finish the season, while also scoring 44 goals in their whole Champions League campaign.

It was unfathomable in November that Bayern would win the title with a 13-point lead, but that is how things transpired.

In the DFB Pokal final, they beat Bayer Leverkusen 4-2, thanks to a brace from Robert Lewandowski, and further goals from Serge Gnabry and David Alaba.

They also beat PSG 1-0 in the Champions League final in Lisbon, thanks to a second-half goal from Kingsley Coman to become the latest entrants into the treble club. Manuel Neuer also became the first goalkeeper to win two trebles in his career.
