Rome, Aug 31 - Italian football club AC Milan have confirmed that they will sign Nigel De Jong provided he passes the medical examination Friday.
Milan’s talks with Manchester City for the 27-year-old have been going on for several days, and the Serie A club channel announced Thursday night that “De Jong is on his way to Milan. The medical will be performed Friday”, reports Xinhua.
The Dutch player’s current deal with the English champions is due to expire at the end of the season.
