AFC Cup 2018, Abahani Dhaka vs Bengaluru FC: Telecast, live streaming, date, start time, and where to watch online

Bengaluru F.C.
Bengaluru FC

Bengaluru FC will be back in action as Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup football resumes after almost a fortnight. Bengaluru FC will travel to neighbouring nation Bangladesh as Abahani Dhaka Limited host them at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka.

It is a must-win game for Bengaluru FC if they want to keep their inter-zonal semi-final qualification hopes alive.

The Blues lost to Dhivehi Premier League champions New Radiant SC away in the Maldives, that saw their six-match unbeaten streak since the Super Cup snap, and they fell to the second spot in Group E of the AFC Cup.

They have done well so far in the tournament, and have earned 12 points from five matches, a scenario that would usually put a team in a good position to book themselves a spot in the knockout stages. However, one loss away at New Radiant SC on Matchday 4 has put their chances in jeopardy, and now the Blues will be looking for some help from Aizawl, in order to qualify.

The Bangladesh Football Premier League champions, Abahani Dhaka, have won just one match in the AFC Cup this year with a victory over Aizawl FC. They will be playing for pride in the final match in Dhaka.

Bengaluru FC will be dependent on the result from the other match between New Radiant SC and fellow Indian club Aizawl FC to qualify for the next round. Bengaluru FC can only put in their best effort, and hope for the best.
