After dropping very important points in last few games, Arsenal travel to West Ham with the hope of securing all three points on Boxing Day.

Arsenal receive a massive boost in attack as German winger Lukas Podolski is finally ready to start again, after a long absence due to an injury. This is indeed a good news for Arsenal fans as the gunners showed lack of cutting edge in final third during last few games.

Laurent Koscielny who has been one of the best defenders in BPL so far this season is still a doubt for the game. Late fitness test will determine his participation. Anyway, this is not a crisis situation as Arsenal captain Thomas Vermalean played brilliantly against Chelsea and will replace Koscielny in the squad with ease.

Oxlade-Chamberlain (knee injury) is expected to return in mid January. Diaby and Sanogo are the long-term absentees.
