Arsenal not interested in signing Aguero

Arsenal have ruled out signing Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero as part of any deal which could see Alexis Sanchez head in the opposite direction, according to the Daily Mirror. Earlier reports had claimed that City could offer Aguero as part of their bid to persuade Arsenal to sell Alexis before the transfer window closes.

However, even if City are prepared to let Aguero go, Arsenal have no interest in signing the Argentine due to the attacking options they already have.

Raheem Sterling not part of any deal for Alexis Sanchez

Sky sources claim that Raheem Sterling will not be part of any swap deal for Arsenal's want-away winger Alexis Sanchez. It was reported earlier by various media outlets across England that Manchester City were ready to offer Raheem Sterling+cash in exchange for Sanchez.

Sky Italy has reported that Inter Milan have made a new offer for Arsenal centerback Shkrodan Mustafi. They are willing to offer £4.6m as loan fee, with an offer to buy for £23m given he plays 50% of Inter's games this season.

Italian journalist, Emanuele Giulianelli, has revealed to the media outlet that swapping Walcott for Van Dijk could be a nudge that the Saints might welcome.

He said, “Talking about Virgil Van Dijk, the deal with Southampton for the Dutch defender is not easy, because the Saints don't have the urgency to sell, so they are free to wait for the right offer and, in the meantime, can afford the luxury of even keeping him out of the squad. "
