#4 Alberto Moreno (Liverpool)

Alberto Moreno is a 26-year-old left-back who currently plays for Liverpool in the Premier League. He has also featured for Spain four times since his debut back in October 2013.
Having only played twice for Liverpool this season, it's clear that he's surplus to requirements now. So then why would a team like Barcelona want a player who is nowhere near good enough to get into the Reds' side?
TalkSPORT reported that Moreno is set to sign a two-year deal with Barcelona, with his contract set to expire in the summer. Safe to say, it's speculation that's come as a surprise to virtually everybody who has seen him play recently, for his erratic and error-prone performances have meant that he has no support for the fans for a reason.
Moreno, if he does go to Barcelona, is likely to be used as a back-up option to Alba. When all said and done, it's a free transfer, so it's not as if this is much of a gamble for Barca; if he flops, they haven't splashed out cash on him; if he does well, they've saved a fortune in transfer fees.
