Luis Suarez reveals Neymar's future move from PSG

The former Barcelona no.11 joined French giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the summer for a world-record €222 million fee. The move caused shockwaves across the footballing world and a domino effect across Europe.

However, rumours of unrest and discontent started to appear in recent months leading to speculation over a move in 2018 itself. Recently, Neymar and PSG boss Unai Emery reportedly sorted out differences and the national team manager, Tite, came out in the player's defence as well. Nevertheless, the links refuse to go away and Real Madrid are rumoured to be gearing for a move with the Brazilian contingent of Marcelo and Casemiro openly talking about a possible move.

Meanwhile, Luis Suarez actually knows where Neymar is going to end up next, as per Spanish outlet Don Balon. The news outlet writes how the 25-year old wants to play in the Premier League for a top club, as per Suarez. The name of the club was however not revealed, leaving fans in limbo regarding the details.

While it remains a question mark on which English club will be willing to splash the cash for Neymar there is no doubt that he will improve any team he chooses to join.

Manchester City join Liverpool and Barcelona for Inigo Martinez

The Real Sociedad defender has spent his entire senior career at the Basque club and is one of the top defenders in Europe. The 26-year old has therefore been linked with a move away from the club for some time now. Barcelona reportedly offered €26 million for Martinez in the summer but Sociedad wanted the defender's buyout clause of €32 million.

Recently, Marca reported that Ernesto Valverde is interested in returning for the player in January to improve the ageing defence. However, the Blaugrana now have competition for the Spanish international with Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp eyeing him as an alternative to Southampton's Virgil van Dijk.

In the latest news by the Telegraph, Manchester City emerged as another suitor with Pep Guardiola looking at Martinez given the state of their defence. John Stones is expected to miss out until the New Year while left-back Benjamin Mendy is out with an ACL injury. Club captain Vincent Kompany's fitness struggles leave only Nicolas Otamendi as the key defender.

Thus, Barcelona have to ward off serious competition if they want to land Martinez, especially with City targetting a January move.

Douglas could return in January

Douglas' loan stint set to get cut short
The right-back is set to return to Barcelona

O Jogo report that Portuguese giants Benfica are looking to send the on-loan right-back in January. The 27-year old was touted to become Dani Alves' replacement at the Camp Nou when he joined the La Liga giants from Sao Paulo in 2014. However, the Brazilian appeared only eight times for Barcelona before he was sent out on loan to Sporting Lisbon in 2016.

An unspectacular spell led to another loan move this past summer to Benfica. However, he has managed to make only four appearances for Rui Vitoria's side, with all of them coming in cup competitions. Meanwhile, UOL recently reported of clauses in the right-back's contract which would lead to the player returning to the Catalan club in January.

The outlet states that Benfica should pay €1.8 million if Douglas makes 11 appearances before January and should pay €2.5 million to sign him permanently in the summer. There is reportedly an additional clause in the contract that allows Benfica to send the player back in January if he does not clock 11 appearances.

O Jogo report that Benfica have already earmarked replacements for Douglas in January with Boca Juniors' Gino Peruzzi and Coritiba starlet Dodo on Vitoria's wishlist. In such a scenario, the player's future at Barcelona looks to be up as well with Nelson Semedo, Aleix Vidal and Sergi Roberto ahead of Douglas in the pecking order.
