Having started for Manchester United for the first time since May, Alex Telles produced a disciplined performance against Chelsea. Telles has been left dissatisfied with the 1-1 draw but thanked Manchester United fans for their support.

Manchester United stopper David de Gea made five saves against Chelsea, with four of them coming from inside the box. Yes, he was beaten comprehensively by Jorginho from the penalty spot, but the odds were heavily stacked against him on that occasion.

Manchester United caretaker manager Michael Carrick left Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench against Chelsea. The superstar finally came on in the 64th minute but cut a lonely and frustrating figure at the top of the Manchester United attack.
The veteran forward, however, is still hopeful of enjoying a successful campaign with United and has vouched to fight until the end.
